Sea water ice production process

1. Pull up the sea water with the sea water pump.	2. Spray the refrigerant at below -60°C momently and make the chipped ice on the drum surface.
3. Compress the crystal made from the drum by high strength.	4. Complete the sea water ice of good preserving capability.
5. Pack and deliver to the large mart and vessel.

Advantage of sea water ice

When an outdoor temperature is 25°C, the fresh water ice's surface temperature is 2°C. On the other hand, the sea water ice's surface temperature is -2°C, and is 4°C lower than the fresh water ice. Also, it contains the salt of sea water. Therefore it keeps the freshness and prevents the decomposition. When the sea water ice is used for life fish, the life fish's livability is higher in the sea water ice than the fresh water ice. In terms of the melding time, there are 49 hours for the fresh water ice and 72 hours for the sea water ice. Accordingly, it is very useful to water ice reduces the whole temperature when the sea water ice is used in a narrow space.
